If there's smoke in the air, you can bet it's the Totally Sauced Team. We’re only too happy to answer the question, “Where’s the beef?” Brisket’s not the only thing on the serving line. BBQ chicken, ribs and pork round out the main courses. The sides include potatoes, BBQ beans, cabbage, green beans and coleslaw.
